The ILX526 is a linear array, high sensitive type CCD made by SONY, designed for line scanner and optical measuring equipment use, which comes with 3000 effective pixels. We offer two different types of this sensor, one with a specialized coating which is suitable for UV-VIS_NIR light measurement applications, and the other that comes without a coating which is suitable for VIS_NIR light measurement applications.
